Privacy
PocketArcade stores your email, account name, password hash, and the content you submit. Authentication uses essential session cookies. Private collections stay private until you publish them.
Listing views and outbound clicks are aggregated with referral domains and campaign identifiers. IP addresses and browser details are used to create temporary fingerprints to reduce duplicate events; raw IP addresses are not stored in listing statistics.
Cloudflare hosts the service and handles security checks and transactional email. Firecrawl processes public URLs you choose to import. Imported source artifacts are stored privately for moderation.
You can update notification preferences, unblock users, or delete your account from settings. Published game listings may remain as unclaimed directory entries after deletion.
Pocket Deals newsletter signup is a separate choice. We store the confirmed email address, device and genre preferences, consent date, and subscription status. Confirmation codes expire after ten minutes. Use the newsletter preferences page to update your choices or unsubscribe; deleting an account does not silently change a separately requested newsletter subscription.
Interview answers and edited drafts stay private until you approve publication. Published reviews and stories retain the byline and disclosed relationships. Sponsorship inquiries are private; advertisers receive aggregated eligible impressions and game-page clicks, not subscriber addresses or account details.
